English Essay- Cue For Treason

My persuasion is against women in theatre.
Although not everybody would agree, I want to argue that men can not take care of babies as well as women. Therefore if the men took care of babies the children of the future would be malnourished. Also the men couldn’t work on the farm if the women were not there to take care of the children lowering income.

I have several reasons for arguing this point. My first reason is that men are the ones who provide for the family and women maintain it. This has worked for hundreds of years so why change now? There is no reason to change this system works flawlessly.

A further reason is that women would not be as well payed as men therefore it would pointless to have the wife work in theater. Women would also not be treated as well. Furthermore women are not as fit to trek through England as men would be slowing down the company's and reducing profit this would make the company's skeptical about hiring women. Another reason the company's would be skeptical is because the women could get pregnant, although this would be a good  for roles involving pregnant women it would be a hindrance  for traveling.

I think i have shown that it would be foolish to let women act let alone work in the theater.
